Nunca antes me hab\u00eda entristecido en su presencia.<br \/><strong>Nehem\u00edas 2:1<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div><div class=\"LIN-Text\"><p>Nehem\u00edas no se precipita, sino que espera en el Se\u00f1or. Lleva cuatro meses esperando. Esperar es algo que a la mayor\u00eda nos cuesta hacer: esperar, pregunt\u00e1ndonos cu\u00e1ndo van a cambiar las cosas, cu\u00e1ndo se abrir\u00e1 una puerta o cu\u00e1ndo mejorar\u00e1n nuestras circunstancias. Solemos pensar que esperar es pasivo, que es quedarse sentado sin hacer nada. Pero en los cap\u00edtulos 1:4-11 y aqu\u00ed, en el cap\u00edtulo 2:4, leemos lo que Nehem\u00edas hac\u00eda mientras esperaba: \u00a1no era pasivo, era orante! Nehem\u00edas era un hombre de oraci\u00f3n. \u00a1Doce veces en este libro leemos que oraba!<\/p><p>Nehem\u00edas serv\u00eda ante el trono del rey Artajerjes, \u00a1pero llev\u00f3 sus preocupaciones ante el trono de Dios! Jam\u00e1s se hab\u00eda entristecido en presencia del rey. Pero el rey not\u00f3 que algo lo aflig\u00eda. Nehem\u00edas estaba terriblemente asustado, pues era imposible no estar feliz ante el rey. All\u00ed estaba, con el coraz\u00f3n quebrantado, ante el trono. \u00bfQu\u00e9 iba a hacer? \u00a1Nehem\u00edas llev\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n una vez m\u00e1s a un trono superior! \u00a1Entr\u00f3 en la sala del trono del Dios Todopoderoso y deposit\u00f3 su angustia en el Dios del cielo!<\/p><p>\u00a1Cu\u00e1ntas lecciones podemos aprender de este hombre de oraci\u00f3n! El rey vio la tristeza en el rostro de Nehem\u00edas, pero el Dios del cielo puede ver la tristeza en el coraz\u00f3n de cada uno de nosotros. Cuando se acercaban al rey, la gente entraba con temor y recelo. Pero hoy podemos acercarnos con confianza al trono de la gracia para obtener misericordia y hallar gracia que nos ayude en el momento de necesidad (Hebreos 4:14-16).
