No se trata de una simple repetici\u00f3n sin prop\u00f3sito; cada vez que se menciona, el Esp\u00edritu de Dios busca transmitirnos un mensaje espec\u00edfico.<\/p><p>Primero, en Hebreos 1:3 leemos: \u201cDespu\u00e9s de haber efectuado la purificaci\u00f3n de nuestros pecados, se sent\u00f3 a la diestra de la Majestad en las alturas\u201d. En este contexto, el escritor nos presenta siete glorias del Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas; por lo tanto, podemos decir que se sent\u00f3 a causa de <em>la gloria de Su Persona<\/em>!<\/p><p>Luego, en el mismo cap\u00edtulo o\u00edmos al Padre decir: \u201cSi\u00e9ntate a mi derecha, hasta que ponga a tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies\u201d (1:13). Aqu\u00ed, \u00c9l se sienta debido a <em>Su preeminencia<\/em>.<\/p><p>La tercera referencia es el vers\u00edculo de hoy. Aqu\u00ed, el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas se sienta debido a <em>Su sacerdocio perfecto<\/em>. A diferencia de los miembros del sacerdocio lev\u00edtico, el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas no tuvo que ofrecer un sacrificio por sus propios pecados; \u00a1tampoco su sacerdocio est\u00e1 limitado por la muerte, porque \u00c9l vive para siempre!<\/p><p>Esto nos lleva a la cuarta vez que se menciona que nuestro Se\u00f1or se sent\u00f3: \u201cPero este hombre, despu\u00e9s de haber ofrecido un solo sacrificio por los pecados para siempre, se sent\u00f3 a la diestra de Dios\u201d (10:12). Aqu\u00ed vemos al Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas sentado debido a <em>Su sacrificio perfecto<\/em>.<\/p><p>La quinta y \u00faltima vez que vemos a Cristo sentado es en el cap\u00edtulo 12. All\u00ed lo vemos como <em>nuestro ejemplo perfecto<\/em> Mientras corremos esta carrera llamada vida cristiana, tenemos un objetivo en el cielo en el que enfocarnos: \u201cPuestos los ojos en Jes\u00fas, el autor y consumador de nuestra fe, quien por el gozo que le esperaba soport\u00f3 la cruz, menospreciando la verg\u00fcenza, y se sent\u00f3 a la diestra del trono de Dios\u201d (12:1-2). \u00a1Que nuestros ojos y corazones est\u00e9n hoy unidos a \u00c9l!<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<br \/><\/strong><em>Nuestro gran Sumo Sacerdote est\u00e1 sentado a la diestra de Dios en lo alto, <\/em><br \/><em>Por nosotros, \u00c9l alz\u00f3 sus manos, con compasi\u00f3n y amor; <\/em><br \/><em>Mientras que aqu\u00ed abajo, en nuestra debilidad, seguimos adelante a toda velocidad; <\/em><br \/><em>En la tristeza frecuente y la enfermedad, suspiramos, gemimos y oramos.<\/em><br \/><em>-Lord Adalbert Percy Cecil<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Object in Heaven We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens.
