Un caballo es una vana esperanza de salvaci\u00f3n; tampoco librar\u00e1 a nadie por su gran fuerza. He aqu\u00ed, el ojo del <span class=\"cLIN-SC\">Caballero <\/span>est\u00e1 sobre aquellos que le temen. <br \/><strong>Salmo 33:16\u201318<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div><div class=\"LIN-Text\"><p>\u00bfD\u00f3nde encontrar esperanza? Quiz\u00e1s deber\u00edamos preguntarnos: \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa realmente la palabra esperanza? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es la esperanza? El diccionario Webster la define como \u201calbergar un deseo con anticipaci\u00f3n, anhelar que algo suceda, confiar\u201d. Pero cuando se usa en las Escrituras, significa mucho m\u00e1s. En la Biblia, la esperanza es la confianza en lo que Dios ha prometido, y su fortaleza reside en su fidelidad.<\/p><p>Vivimos en un mundo sin esperanza. \u00a1Muchos a tu alrededor viven sin ninguna esperanza m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del presente! Muchos sufren a diario sentimientos de vac\u00edo, miedo y desesperanza.<\/p><p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hay tanta desesperanza en el mundo hoy? Porque hombres y mujeres han dado la espalda a las promesas de Dios o las han perdido de vista. Para quienes tienen fe en un Dios santo, que envi\u00f3 a su Hijo al mundo no para condenarlos, sino para salvarlos, \u00a1hay verdadera esperanza! La fe en este Dios amoroso a trav\u00e9s de su Hijo es el fundamento mismo sobre el cual se puede construir una vida. Cuando ponemos nuestra esperanza en Dios, fijamos nuestra mirada en sus promesas en lugar de en nuestras propias circunstancias. Basamos nuestra esperanza en qui\u00e9n es nuestro Dios y en lo que ha prometido, \u201ccon la esperanza de la vida eterna que Dios, que no miente, prometi\u00f3 desde antes del principio de los tiempos\u201d (Tit. 1:2). \u00a1Basamos nuestra esperanza en su Libro de promesas, la Palabra inmutable de Dios! Debemos elevar la mirada por encima de nuestras circunstancias, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este mundo presente, para ver la esperanza del cielo, la esperanza de la resurrecci\u00f3n, la esperanza de ser como Cristo, no como algo que podr\u00eda suceder, sino como garant\u00edas de un Dios amoroso.
