Nah\u00fam es llamado por el Se\u00f1or para profetizar sobre el mismo pueblo que se arrepinti\u00f3 cuando Jon\u00e1s les predic\u00f3 con reticencia. Pero el tiempo hab\u00eda pasado y los habitantes de N\u00ednive hab\u00edan vuelto a sus malos caminos. En el primer cap\u00edtulo leemos sobre la declaraci\u00f3n del juicio, en el cap\u00edtulo 2 sobre el poder del juicio y en el cap\u00edtulo 3 sobre la irrevocabilidad de dicho juicio. \u00a1Tres cap\u00edtulos de juicio en este libro!<\/p><p>Pero nuestro vers\u00edculo destaca como un faro que irradia esperanza en la noche oscura para todos los que pasan. En este vers\u00edculo vemos tres cosas. Primero, leemos acerca de la bondad de Dios. Quiz\u00e1s no ser\u00eda esto lo que nosotros destacar\u00edamos; podr\u00edamos haber declarado que el Se\u00f1or es santo o que el Se\u00f1or es grande, pero Nah\u00fam anuncia la bondad del Se\u00f1or. El Se\u00f1or es bueno intr\u00ednsecamente, \u00e9ticamente, moralmente y en la pr\u00e1ctica. El salmista nos recuerda que el Se\u00f1or es bueno y hace el bien (Salmo 119:68). Esta bondad de Dios se manifest\u00f3 a lo largo de la vida del Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas cuando anduvo haciendo toda clase de bien (Hechos 10:38).<\/p><p>El segundo y tercer punto del mensaje de Nah\u00fam son claros. El Se\u00f1or es capaz de salvar a quienes se vuelven a \u00c9l del severo juicio que pronto caer\u00eda sobre N\u00ednive. Nah\u00fam pudo declarar, incluso en medio del juicio, que el Se\u00f1or es bueno porque es una torre fuerte para todos los que conf\u00edan en \u00c9l.<\/p><p>As\u00ed como el juicio lleg\u00f3 a N\u00ednive, llegar\u00e1 a toda la humanidad.
