En Lucas 6:40, leemos:, <em data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"362\">\u201cUn disc\u00edpulo no es superior a su maestro, pero todo aquel que ha sido perfectamente instruido ser\u00e1 como su maestro.\u201d<\/em> El Se\u00f1or Jesucristo no solo ense\u00f1\u00f3 la verdad espiritual, sino que la vivi\u00f3. Practic\u00f3 disciplinas espirituales en su propia vida. Por ejemplo, en Marcos 1:35-42, vemos que sus momentos de soledad y oraci\u00f3n fueron seguidos de poder espiritual.<\/p><p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"1061\">Al estudiar el ritmo de la vida de nuestro Maestro en los Evangelios, observamos que se caracteriz\u00f3 por las disciplinas espirituales de la oraci\u00f3n, el conocimiento de la Palabra, la meditaci\u00f3n en ella y el tiempo dedicado intencionalmente al silencio y la soledad. As\u00ed como el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas se retiraba a lugares solitarios para encontrarse con su Padre, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n nosotros, sus seguidores, debemos establecer un tiempo de quietud constante donde nos alejemos del ruido, el ajetreo y las exigencias del d\u00eda para estar en silencio y escuchar su voz.<\/p><p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1303\">Isa\u00edas 50:4-6 describe prof\u00e9ticamente la comuni\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or con su Padre.
