Un gran ejemplo de tal misericordia se encuentra en <em data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"309\">Lucas 10<\/em>, En la par\u00e1bola del Buen Samaritano, cuando el samaritano vend\u00f3 las heridas del hombre que hab\u00eda sido golpeado y robado, demostr\u00f3 misericordia. Cuando lo llev\u00f3 a la posada m\u00e1s cercana y pag\u00f3 su alojamiento hasta que se recuper\u00f3, demostr\u00f3 gracia. \u00a1Su misericordia alivi\u00f3 el dolor, y su gracia provey\u00f3 la sanaci\u00f3n!<\/p><p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"978\">Una de las formas m\u00e1s obvias en que podemos mostrar misericordia es a trav\u00e9s de actos f\u00edsicos, como el Buen Samaritano. Como el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas mand\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente, debemos alimentar a los hambrientos, vestir a los desnudos, visitar a los enfermos y encarcelados, y brindar ayuda pr\u00e1ctica dondequiera que podamos. <em data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"903\">Mateo 5:7<\/em>, dice el Se\u00f1or, <em data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"978\">\u201cBienaventurados los misericordiosos, porque ellos alcanzar\u00e1n misericordia.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1082\">Esta idea de mostrar misericordia no es nueva en el Nuevo Testamento. Consideremos <em data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1069\">Deuteronomio 15:7\u20138<\/em>, que dice:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1399\"><p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1399\"><em data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1399\">\u201cSi hay entre vosotros un pobre de entre vuestros hermanos, dentro de cualquiera de las ciudades de vuestra tierra que el Se\u00f1or vuestro Dios os da, no endurecer\u00e9is vuestro coraz\u00f3n ni cerrar\u00e9is vuestra mano a vuestro hermano pobre, sino que abrir\u00e9is vuestra mano generosamente a \u00e9l y le prestar\u00e9is con generosidad lo suficiente para su necesidad, lo que necesite.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1495\">Tambi\u00e9n estamos llamados a mostrar misericordia a nuestros enemigos, seg\u00fan <em data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1477\">Lucas 6:27\u201336<\/em>. Pablo nos recuerda:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1764\"><p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1764\"><em data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1764\">\u201cPor lo tanto, como escogidos de Dios, santos y amados, rev\u00edstanse de tierna misericordia, bondad, humildad, mansedumbre y paciencia; sop\u00f3rtense unos a otros y perd\u00f3nense mutuamente si alguno tiene queja contra otro, como Cristo los perdon\u00f3, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n deben hacerlo ustedes.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"2007\">De estos vers\u00edculos aprendemos que la misericordia debe expresarse no solo en nuestras acciones, sino tambi\u00e9n en nuestra actitud. La misericordia no guarda rencor, no alberga resentimiento, no se aprovecha de los fracasos o debilidades ajenas, ni divulga los pecados de otros.<\/p><p data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2284\">La misericordia muestra compasi\u00f3n, tal como lo hizo el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas desde la cruz cuando dijo:, <em data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2149\">\u201cPadre, perd\u00f3nalos, porque no saben lo que hacen\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (Lucas 23:34). Al ladr\u00f3n arrepentido en la cruz, la misericordia le dijo:, <em data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2275\">\u201cEn verdad os digo que hoy estar\u00e9is conmigo en el Para\u00edso\u201d<\/em> (v. 43).<\/p><p data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2368\">La misericordia tambi\u00e9n debe manifestarse en la forma en que nos corregimos unos a otros. <em data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2362\">2 Timoteo 2:25<\/em> dice:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2504\"><p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2504\"><em data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2504\">\u201c\u2026con humildad corrigiendo a los que se oponen, por si Dios les concede arrepentimiento, para que lleguen a conocer la verdad\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2528\">Jude se hace eco de esta idea:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2804\"><p data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2804\"><em data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2790\">\u201cMant\u00e9nganse en el amor de Dios, esperando la misericordia de nuestro Se\u00f1or Jesucristo para vida eterna. Compad\u00e9zcanse de algunos, haciendo distinci\u00f3n; pero a otros s\u00e1lvenlos con temor, arrebat\u00e1ndolos del fuego, aborreciendo incluso la vestidura contaminada por la carne\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (Judas 21\u201323).<\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"3029\">Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edamos decir que mostramos misericordia orando unos por otros y tendiendo la mano a los perdidos. En todo sentido \u2014a trav\u00e9s de nuestra compasi\u00f3n, correcci\u00f3n e intercesi\u00f3n\u2014 la misericordia debe ser una caracter\u00edstica distintiva de quienes siguen a Cristo.<\/p><p data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"3029\"><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>Sed misericordiosos, as\u00ed como vuestro Padre tambi\u00e9n es misericordioso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mercy On Display \u201cTherefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.\u201d\u202d\u202dLuke\u202c \u202d6\u202c:\u202d36\u202c Mercy is to be evident in the life of every believer!
