Cristo el Se\u00f1or<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cEntonces el \u00e1ngel les dijo: \u2018No teman, porque les traigo nuevas de gran gozo, que ser\u00e1n para todo el pueblo: les ha nacido hoy, en la ciudad de David, un Salvador, que es Cristo el Se\u00f1or\u2019.\u201d
<\/em>Lucas 2:10\u201311<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Hay un aspecto m\u00e1s del mensaje de buenas noticias del \u00e1ngel en el que queremos centrarnos. El \u00e1ngel anunci\u00f3 que el Salvador nacido en la ciudad de David es \u201cCristo el Se\u00f1or.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

\u201cCristo\u201d proviene de la palabra griega Cristo,<\/em> que significa \u201cungido\u201d o \u201celegido\u201d. Este es el equivalente griego de la palabra hebrea Mashiach,<\/em> o el Mes\u00edas. Jes\u00fas<\/em> es el nombre dado a nuestro Se\u00f1or como hombre, revelado a Mar\u00eda por el \u00e1ngel (Lucas 1:31). Cristo<\/em> es su t\u00edtulo, lo que significa que fue enviado por Dios para ser Rey y Libertador (Isa\u00edas 32:1; 61:1; Daniel 9:25\u201326).<\/p>

El \u00e1ngel procedi\u00f3 a declarar que \u00c9l es \u201cCristo el Se\u00f1or.\u201d<\/em> Mientras caballero<\/em> En aquel entonces se usaba a menudo como un t\u00e9rmino de respeto, pero cuando se aplicaba al Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas, ten\u00eda un significado mucho mayor. El profeta Isa\u00edas vio el \u201cSe\u00f1or\u2026 alto y sublime\u201d<\/em> (Isa\u00edas 6:1), y Juan se refiere a este evento en Juan 12:41, diciendo:, \u201cEstas cosas dijo Isa\u00edas cuando vio su gloria y habl\u00f3 de \u00e9l.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

El Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas es Se\u00f1or sobre la creaci\u00f3n, demostrado cuando calm\u00f3 la tormenta: los vientos y las olas sab\u00edan exactamente a qu\u00e9 voz obedec\u00edan. \u00c9l es Se\u00f1or sobre la historia como el Se\u00f1or de la creaci\u00f3n. \u201cAlfa y Omega, el principio y el fin, el primero y el \u00faltimo\u201d<\/em> (Apocalipsis 22:13). \u00c9l es Se\u00f1or en el reino de la muerte, la resurrecci\u00f3n y la gloria (Filipenses 2:9-11). \u00c9l tiene \u201ctoda autoridad en el cielo y en la tierra\u201d<\/em> (Mateo 28:18). \u00c9l es Se\u00f1or del s\u00e1bado (Lucas 6:5). \u00c9l es \u201cnuestro \u00fanico Soberano y Se\u00f1or\u201d<\/em> (Judas 1:4). \u00c9l es, de hecho, el Se\u00f1or de se\u00f1ores<\/em> (Apocalipsis 17:14).<\/p>

\u00a1Pero qu\u00e9 asombroso es que podamos ver Su Se\u00f1or\u00edo incluso en Su nacimiento!<\/p>

Jes\u00fas es el Se\u00f1or. Pero la pregunta que cada uno de nosotros debe hacerse es: \u201c\u00bfEs \u00c9l mi Se\u00f1or?\u201d<\/em> \u00bfMe he entregado a Su Se\u00f1or\u00edo en mi vida?<\/p>

Romanos 10:9\u201310 declara, \u201cSi confiesas con tu boca que Jes\u00fas es el Se\u00f1or y crees en tu coraz\u00f3n que Dios lo resucit\u00f3 de entre los muertos, ser\u00e1s salvo. Porque con el coraz\u00f3n se cree para justicia, y con la boca se confiesa para salvaci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
