Sa\u00fal se volvi\u00f3 celoso y vivi\u00f3 con miedo e inseguridad constantes. David sufri\u00f3 a causa de estos celos. Existen al menos nueve salmos escritos durante este per\u00edodo, donde escuchamos a David expresar sus sentimientos m\u00e1s profundos a Dios. El Salmo 59:1 se corresponde con 1 Samuel 19; los Salmos 56 y 34 con 1 Samuel 21:10-15; el Salmo 142 con 1 Samuel 22:1-3; el Salmo 63 con 1 Samuel 22:5; el Salmo 52 con 1 Samuel 22:9-19; el Salmo 54 con 1 Samuel 23:19-29; el Salmo 57 con 1 Samuel 24:1-22; y el Salmo 7 con 1 Samuel 24:9-12.<\/p><p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1505\">Sa\u00fal es una imagen v\u00edvida de c\u00f3mo luce un hombre en la carne: ego\u00edsta y egoc\u00e9ntrico. David, por otro lado, era un hombre conforme al coraz\u00f3n de Dios. Leemos en Hechos 13:22 que Dios quit\u00f3 a Sa\u00fal y <em data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1332\">\u201cLes suscit\u00f3 a David como rey, de quien tambi\u00e9n dio testimonio y dijo: \u2018He hallado a David, hijo de Jes\u00e9, un hombre conforme a mi coraz\u00f3n, que har\u00e1 toda mi voluntad\u2019\u201d.\u201d<\/em> Mientras Sa\u00fal fue implacable en su persecuci\u00f3n de David, nuestro vers\u00edculo dice:, <em data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1446\">\u201cPero Dios no lo entreg\u00f3 en sus manos.\u201d<\/em>Dios no permitir\u00eda que Sa\u00fal frustrara sus prop\u00f3sitos para David.<\/p><p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"2442\">Sa\u00fal aument\u00f3 repetidamente la presi\u00f3n contra David, pero Dios ten\u00eda la mirada puesta en David, \u00a1y su mano controlaba el termostato! El Se\u00f1or permiti\u00f3 que David pasara por pruebas de fuego, que finalmente lo moldearon hasta convertirlo en el hombre de Dios que lleg\u00f3 a ser. Pedro nos dice:, <em data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"2055\">\u201cEn esto os regocij\u00e1is grandemente, aunque ahora, por un poco de tiempo, si es necesario, hay\u00e1is sido afligidos por diversas pruebas, para que la autenticidad de vuestra fe, mucho m\u00e1s preciosa que el oro que perece, aunque sea probada por fuego, sea hallada digna de alabanza, honra y gloria cuando Jesucristo se manifieste\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (1 Pedro 1:6\u20137). Santiago nos instruye a <em data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2427\">\u201cConsideren un gran gozo cuando se encuentren con diversas pruebas, sabiendo que la prueba de su fe produce perseverancia. Pero dejen que la perseverancia complete su obra, para que sean perfectos e \u00edntegros, sin que les falte nada.
