Pero Dios gui\u00f3 al pueblo por el desierto hacia el Mar Rojo. Y el pueblo de Israel sali\u00f3 de la tierra de Egipto preparado para la batalla.<\/em>
\u00c9xodo 13:18<\/strong><\/p>

Dios liber\u00f3 a su pueblo terrenal elegido de la esclavitud de Egipto. Siempre nos han ense\u00f1ado que la distancia m\u00e1s corta entre dos puntos es una l\u00ednea recta, pero al observar el mapa, el camino a trav\u00e9s del desierto no era ni una l\u00ednea recta ni la ruta m\u00e1s corta. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el Se\u00f1or los gui\u00f3 por ese camino en lugar del m\u00e1s corto?<\/p>

El Se\u00f1or siempre tiene sus razones para hacer lo que hace: \u201cEn cuanto a Dios, su camino es perfecto\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (Salmo 18:30). \u00c9l tiene un prop\u00f3sito para todo lo que hace y todo lo que permite en la vida de los suyos. En este caso, se nos dice:, \u201cEntonces sucedi\u00f3 que, cuando el fara\u00f3n dej\u00f3 ir al pueblo, Dios no los condujo por el camino de la tierra de los filisteos, aunque estaba cerca; porque Dios dijo: \u2018No sea que el pueblo cambie de parecer al ver la guerra y regrese a Egipto\u2019\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (\u00c9xodo 13:17).<\/p>

El Se\u00f1or conoc\u00eda los corazones de su pueblo. Sab\u00eda que si tomaban el camino f\u00e1cil, volver\u00edan sus corazones hacia Egipto. Sab\u00eda que necesitaban las dificultades que ten\u00edan por delante para moldearlos y convertirlos en lo que \u00c9l hab\u00eda dise\u00f1ado para ellos. Los gui\u00f3 por esta ruta inesperada, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9? Porque como naci\u00f3n, nunca hab\u00edan conocido la batalla. Ese vers\u00edculo del Salmo 18:30 contin\u00faa diciendo:, \u201cLa palabra del Se\u00f1or es probada; \u00c9l es escudo para todos los que conf\u00edan en \u00c9l.\u201d<\/em> El Se\u00f1or sab\u00eda que se avecinaban batallas, y a trav\u00e9s de las dificultades que permiti\u00f3, las estaba preparando.<\/p>

\u00c9l ser\u00eda su gu\u00eda en el desierto. Iba delante de ellos con una columna de fuego de noche y una nube de d\u00eda (\u00c9xodo 13:21). Este era su sistema de gu\u00eda divina, su \u201cGPS\u201d. Para el creyente de hoy, tambi\u00e9n tenemos un GPS divino (Sistema de posicionamiento de Dios<\/em>). \u00a1\u00c9l nos permite pasar por caminos dif\u00edciles para ense\u00f1arnos a depender de \u00c9l!<\/p>

Los egipcios estaban detr\u00e1s de ellos, el Mar Rojo delante; estaban atrapados en medio. \u00a1Pero Dios estaba obrando! El fara\u00f3n crey\u00f3 haber atrapado al pueblo de Dios, pero en su soberan\u00eda y omnisciencia, el Se\u00f1or los ten\u00eda justo donde necesitaba que estuvieran. El Se\u00f1or instruy\u00f3 a Mois\u00e9s y abri\u00f3 el Mar Rojo. El pueblo de Dios cruz\u00f3 sobre tierra seca, con muros de agua a cada lado. Los obst\u00e1culos del fara\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de ellos y el Mar Rojo delante no fueron rival para el Dios que estaba obrando sus prop\u00f3sitos con su pueblo.<\/p>

Su instrucci\u00f3n para ellos fue: \u201cQu\u00e9dense quietos y vean la salvaci\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or\u201d<\/em> (\u00c9xodo 14:13).\u00a0<\/p>
