\u00a1Pero Dios!<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u201cPero Dios, que es rico en misericordia, por su gran amor con que nos am\u00f3, aun estando nosotros muertos en pecados, nos dio vida juntamente con Cristo (por gracia sois salvos), y juntamente con \u00e9l nos resucit\u00f3, y asimismo nos hizo sentar en los lugares celestiales con Cristo Jes\u00fas, para mostrar en los siglos venideros las abundantes riquezas de su gracia en su bondad para con nosotros en Cristo Jes\u00fas.\u201d
<\/em>Efesios 2:4\u20137<\/strong><\/p>

Efesios 2 comienza con una v\u00edvida imagen de nuestra condici\u00f3n antes de la salvaci\u00f3n. Pablo escribe:, \u201cA vosotros os dio vida, estando muertos en vuestros delitos y pecados, en los cuales anduvisteis en otro tiempo, siguiendo la corriente de este mundo, conforme al pr\u00edncipe de la potestad del aire, el esp\u00edritu que ahora opera en los hijos de desobediencia, entre los cuales tambi\u00e9n todos nosotros vivimos en otro tiempo en los deseos de nuestra carne, satisfaciendo los deseos de la carne y de la mente, y \u00e9ramos por naturaleza hijos de ira, lo mismo que los dem\u00e1s\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (Efesios 2:1\u20133).<\/p>

Aunque nos encontr\u00e1bamos en una condici\u00f3n desesperada e indefensa ante un Dios santo y justo, \u00c9l nos proporcion\u00f3 la salvaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la obra consumada de su amado Hijo. No importa cu\u00e1n pecadores hayamos sido o lo que hayamos hecho, hay una salvaci\u00f3n. \u201c\u00a1Pero Dios!\u201d<\/em><\/p>

En este pasaje, cuatro palabras describen al Dios que marca la diferencia:<\/p>

1. \u00c9l es rico en misericordia.<\/strong>
La misericordia de Dios puede describirse como el hecho de que \u00c9l nos niega lo que leg\u00edtimamente merecemos. Es tambi\u00e9n la muestra de su amorosa bondad hacia nosotros. Cuando Pablo a\u00f1ade la palabra rico<\/em>\u2014que significa \u201cabundante en riquezas\u201d\u2014 nos da una idea de la inconmensurable abundancia de Su misericordia.<\/p>

2. Su gran amor.<\/strong>
La palabra excelente<\/em> Aqu\u00ed significa \u201cabundante\u201d o \u201cinconmensurable\u201d. Su amor se desborda hacia nosotros, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de toda medida, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de todo l\u00edmite.<\/p>

3. Su amabilidad hacia nosotros.<\/strong>
Esta palabra conlleva la idea de bondad, excelencia y rectitud. La bondad de Dios se manifiesta en acci\u00f3n: su actitud gentil y misericordiosa hacia aquellos que merecen juicio.<\/p>

4. Su asombrosa gracia.<\/strong>
A Grace se la ha descrito a menudo como \u201cLas riquezas de Dios a costa de Cristo.\u201d<\/em> Habla de su favor inmerecido hacia nosotros, de su don gratuito de salvaci\u00f3n hecho posible a trav\u00e9s de Cristo.<\/p>

Todas estas bendiciones \u2014su misericordia, amor, bondad y gracia\u2014 se encuentran en Cristo y pueden ser disfrutadas por todo aquel que haya depositado su fe y confianza en su obra consumada en la Cruz.<\/p>

Aunque cruzamos la l\u00ednea (traspasamos) y fallamos el blanco (pecamos), \u00a1Pero Dios!<\/em><\/p>
