Und er tat, was recht war in den Augen des HERRN, und wandelte in den Wegen seines Vaters David; er wich weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken ab.\u201d<\/em><br \/><em><strong>2 Chronik 34:1-2<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Josia war acht Jahre alt, als er K\u00f6nig wurde. In 2. K\u00f6nige 23 erfahren wir von den heidnischen Verh\u00e4ltnissen, in die dieser Junge hineingeboren wurde. Dennoch wurde er, ungeachtet dieser Umst\u00e4nde, der letzte gute K\u00f6nig von Juda. Was zeichnete einen so guten K\u00f6nig aus, selbst mit nur acht Jahren? Was kennzeichnete die Erweckung, die durch ein so hingegebenes Herz bewirkt wurde? Welche geistlichen Lehren k\u00f6nnen wir f\u00fcr unser eigenes Leben ziehen?<\/p><p>Diese Fragen lassen sich anhand eines \u00dcberblicks \u00fcber das Leben Josias in 2 Chronik 34\u201335 beantworten. Erstens: Geistliche Erneuerung beginnt mit Gehorsam gegen\u00fcber dem Wort Gottes. Zweitens: Geistliche Sehnsucht ist Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Erweckung. Beachten wir, dass Josia \u201canfing, den Gott seines Vaters David zu suchen\u201d (V. 3). Drittens: Geistliche Erweckung kann nur in Verbindung mit dem Wort Gottes geschehen (2 Chronik 34,8\u201321). Viertens: Wenn das Wort Gottes klar verk\u00fcndet wird (2 Chronik 34,29\u201333), entsteht eine geistliche Reaktion, die zur Einheit unter ihnen f\u00fchrt. F\u00fcnftens: Wahre geistliche Anbetung ist das Ergebnis wahrer geistlicher Arbeit im Herzen des Volkes. Das Passahfest wird gefeiert, und der Herr hat wieder seinen rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigen Platz unter seinem Volk!<\/p><p>Das alles geschah, weil ein achtj\u00e4hriger Junge K\u00f6nig wurde! Mit 16 Jahren begann dieser junge Mann, sich ernsthaft mit dem Herrn auseinanderzusetzen. Mit 20 Jahren begann er, alles, was seinen Gott nicht ehrte, mit aller Kraft auszumerzen (34,3). Im Alter von 26 Jahren war er tief in die geistliche Entwicklung des Hauses des Herrn eingebunden (34,8-10). Und all das, bevor er \u00fcberhaupt 30 Jahre alt war!<\/p><p>Josia ist ein herausragendes Vorbild f\u00fcr uns alle, unabh\u00e4ngig von unserem Alter. Er war ein junger Mann, der Gott an erste Stelle in seinem Herzen setzte, und das zeigte sich in seinem Leben. Josia legte gr\u00f6\u00dften Wert auf das Wort Gottes (34,14\u201321.24; 35,6.12). Er war bereit, von anderen zu lernen und lie\u00df sich von ihnen in die richtige Richtung leiten (34,22\u201333). Josia ist ein wunderbares Beispiel, an dem wir uns orientieren und lernen k\u00f6nnen, welche Eigenschaften einen Menschen auszeichnen, den Gott selbst in Zeiten geistlicher Not gebrauchen kann, um Erweckung zu bewirken!<\/p><p><strong>Anker f\u00fcr heute:<\/strong><br \/>Bist du ein Josia? Kann Gott dich zu seiner Ehre gebrauchen?
