\u201cDenn er war tats\u00e4chlich todkrank; aber Gott hatte Erbarmen mit ihm, und nicht nur mit ihm, sondern auch mit mir, damit ich nicht Kummer \u00fcber Kummer h\u00e4tte.\u201d<\/em>
Philipper 2:27<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Im heutigen Vers sehen wir den Herrn als Jehova-Ropheka<\/em>, was so viel bedeutet wie \u201cDer HERR, der dich heilt\u201d. Dies stammt aus Exodus 15,26, wo er das bittere Wasser in s\u00fc\u00dfes verwandelte.<\/p>

In 2. Mose 15 lesen wir, wie das Volk Israel aus \u00c4gypten befreit wurde. Sie haben das Rote Meer durchquert, und der Herr hat den Pharao und sein Heer besiegt. Ein wunderbares Bild unserer Erl\u00f6sung \u2013 dass wir aus der Macht der Finsternis befreit und von der S\u00fcnde erl\u00f6st wurden.<\/p>

Nach dem Durchzug durch das Rote Meer lesen wir das erste Lied, das uns in der Heiligen Schrift \u00fcberliefert ist. Es ist ein Loblied auf den Herrn. So sollten auch unsere Herzen reagieren, wenn wir \u00fcber die befreiende Macht Gottes nachdenken.<\/p>

Doch dann lesen wir in Vers 22, dass das Volk Israel in der W\u00fcste Pr\u00fcfungen durchstehen musste. Sie kamen nach Mara, was \u201cbitter\u201d bedeutet. Sie konnten das Wasser nicht trinken. Die W\u00fcste war ein unwirtlicher Ort. Der Sand war hei\u00df. Die Sonne brannte. Und das Volk fand keine Erfrischung. Sie murrten gegen Mose, weil die Pr\u00fcfungen zu schwer f\u00fcr sie waren.\u00a0<\/p>

Moses ruft zum Herrn, und der Herr schenkt ihm in seiner Gnade Hilfe. Er zeigt Moses einen Baum, und als dieser ins Wasser geworfen wird, verwandelt sich das bittere Wasser in s\u00fc\u00dfes Wasser. Welch ein wunderbares Bild f\u00fcr das Kreuz Christi, das in die Schwierigkeiten und Situationen hineingetragen wird, die uns belasten!.\u00a0<\/p>

Dann gibt ihnen der Herr den Auftrag, auf seine Stimme zu h\u00f6ren und \u201cdas zu tun, was recht ist in seinen Augen\u201d. Hier offenbart er sich seinem Volk als der Herr, der sie heilt und ihnen Erfrischung schenkt, w\u00e4hrend sie durch die W\u00fcste wandern.<\/p>

In seiner Gnade ist er genau dazu f\u00e4hig. Er wandelt die bitteren Erfahrungen dieses Lebens in lehrreiche Momente f\u00fcr uns um und l\u00e4sst uns durch diese Erfahrungen zu seiner Ehre wachsen. Genau das lesen wir im Philipperbrief 2,25-30 \u00fcber Epaphroditus. In diesem Namen erkennen wir g\u00f6ttliches Erbarmen und werden an die Klagelieder 3,22-26 erinnert.<\/p>
