Es gibt keine andere Quelle. Wie wir bereits in Jakobus 1,17 lesen: \u201cJede gute Gabe und jedes vollkommene Geschenk kommt von oben, vom Vater des Lichts, bei dem es keine Ver\u00e4nderung noch Wechsel von Licht und Schatten gibt.\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Gott ist im Wesentlichen gut:<\/strong> Er ist nicht nur gut, sondern die G\u00fcte selbst! Psalm 119,68 verk\u00fcndet: \u201cDu bist gut und tust Gutes\u2026\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Gott ist unendlich gut:<\/strong> Seine G\u00fcte kennt keine Grenzen! Seine G\u00fcte ist ein Ozean ohne Ufer und Grund. Psalm 52,1 erinnert uns daran: \u201cDie G\u00fcte Gottes w\u00e4hrt ewig.\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Gott ist unver\u00e4nderlich gut:<\/strong> Seine G\u00fcte kann weder abnehmen noch sich \u00e4ndern, denn er selbst kann sich nicht \u00e4ndern!<\/li><\/ul><p>Wir sollten uns von der G\u00fcte unseres Gottes ermutigen lassen. Das Buch Nahum hat mich immer wieder tief beeindruckt. Es handelt von der Finsternis Ninives. Nahum ist ein Buch des Gerichts, und inmitten all dieser Finsternis und dieses Gerichts findet sich in Vers 7 eine erstaunliche Aussage: \u201cDer HERR ist gut, eine Zuflucht in der Not; und er kennt die, die ihm vertrauen.\u201d Weil er gut ist, ist er auch in schweren Zeiten eine Zuflucht f\u00fcr uns. Entscheidend ist, ihm zu vertrauen.<\/p><p>Psalm 84,11 ermutigt uns auf \u00e4hnliche Weise: \u201cDenn der HERR, unser Gott, ist Sonne und Schild; der HERR gibt Gnade und Herrlichkeit; er wird denen, die in Rechtschaffenheit wandeln, nichts Gutes vorenthalten.\u201d<\/p><p>Als Christen sollen wir Gott nachahmen (Eph 5,1). Auch wenn wir seine G\u00fcte in unserem Leben nie vollst\u00e4ndig nachahmen k\u00f6nnen, so ist sie doch im Leben derer sichtbar, die Gottes G\u00fcte erfahren haben! Wir werden daran erinnert, dass wir die Frucht des Heiligen Geistes in unserem Leben tragen sollen. Was ist diese Frucht? \u201cDie Frucht des Geistes aber ist Liebe, Freude, Friede, Geduld, Freundlichkeit, G\u00fcte, Treue, Sanftmut und Selbstbeherrschung. Gegen solche Dinge gibt es kein Gesetz.\u201d<\/p><p>Hier sehen wir, dass G\u00fcte eines der Zeichen der Frucht des Geistes in unserem Leben ist. Das ist gelebte Liebe und zugleich ein Opfer f\u00fcr Gott, wie in Hebr\u00e4er 13,15-16 geschrieben steht: \u201cLasst uns durch ihn best\u00e4ndig das Lobopfer darbringen, das ist die Frucht der Lippen, die seinen Namen bekennen. Vergesst aber nicht, Gutes zu tun und mit anderen zu teilen; denn an solchen Opfern hat Gott Wohlgefallen.\u201d R\u00f6mer 15,14 lehrt uns, dass wir, um wirksame Diener zu sein, voller G\u00fcte sein m\u00fcssen, so wie unser Herr es war!<\/p><p>Doch wir sollen diese G\u00fcte nicht nur unseren Br\u00fcdern und Schwestern zeigen, sondern auch den Verlorenen, selbst denen, die uns als Christen vielleicht nicht m\u00f6gen! Paulus schrieb in R\u00f6mer 12,20-21: \u201cWenn also dein Feind hungrig ist, gib ihm zu essen; wenn er durstig ist, gib ihm zu trinken; denn wenn du das tust, wirst du feurige Kohlen auf sein Haupt h\u00e4ufen.\u201d Er f\u00fcgt hinzu: \u201cLass dich nicht vom B\u00f6sen besiegen, sondern besiege das B\u00f6se mit Gutem.\u201d<\/p><p>In Galater 6,9-10 ermutigt er uns: \u201cWerdet nicht m\u00fcde, Gutes zu tun; denn zu seiner Zeit werden wir ernten, wenn wir nicht nachlassen.\u201d Er f\u00e4hrt fort: \u201cDarum lasst uns, solange wir Zeit haben, Gutes tun an allen, allermeist aber an den Hausgenossen des Glaubens.\u201d<\/p><p><strong>Anker f\u00fcr heute:<\/strong><br \/>M\u00f6gen wir stets diejenigen sein, die schmecken und sehen, dass der Herr gut ist, und m\u00f6ge seine G\u00fcte so in uns aufgenommen werden, dass sie sich zum Ruhm seiner selbst auf das Leben anderer auswirkt!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Goodness of God \u201cNo one is good but One, that is, God.\u201dLuke 18:19 Consider for a moment the truth that Jesus declared in today&#8217;s verse \u2013 God is good.\u00a0 God is originally good: Meaning that all goodness originates from Him!
