Sie segelten dicht an Kreta vorbei.<br \/><strong>Apostelgeschichte 27,13<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Paulus hatte den zust\u00e4ndigen Hauptmann vor drohendem Unheil gewarnt, doch dieser ignorierte ihn und befahl, in See zu stechen. Den weiteren Verlauf der Geschichte kennen wir aus der Apostelgeschichte 27. Der Sturm tobte, das Schiff und seine Ladung gingen unter, und durch Gottes Gnade wurden Paulus und seine Begleiter gerettet.<\/p><p>Der Zenturio musste sich entscheiden, ob er in Fair Havens \u00fcberwintern oder in See stechen und versuchen sollte, den Hafen von Phoenix zu erreichen. Aus den Fehlern des Zenturios k\u00f6nnen wir viel lernen. Seine Vorgehensweise bei der Entscheidungsfindung ist ein klassisches Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie man Gottes Willen nicht erkennen sollte.<\/p><p><em><strong>Er wurde ungeduldig.<\/strong><\/em> (Apostelgeschichte 27,7-9.12). Er wollte nicht im unwirtlichen Hafen von Fair Havens bleiben, da dieser den Winterst\u00fcrmen zu stark ausgesetzt war. Phoenix bot einen gesch\u00fctzteren Hafen. Er wollte weiterziehen. Ungeduld ist ein Zeichen von Unreife und Unglauben. Der Prophet Jesaja erinnert uns daran:, <em>\u201cWer glaubt, soll nicht \u00fcbereilt handeln.\u201d<\/em> (Jesaja 28:16).<\/p><p><em><strong>Er h\u00f6rte auf den \u201cExpertenrat\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/em> des Schiffsf\u00fchrers und Kapit\u00e4ns statt Gottes Wort (Apostelgeschichte 27,10-11). Egal, was die \u201cExperten\u201d sagen, verlass dich auf die Wahrheit von Gottes Wort.<\/p><p><em><strong>Er nahm an der Abstimmung teil.<\/strong><\/em> (Apostelgeschichte 27,12). Die Mehrheit stimmte f\u00fcr den Auszug, und die Mehrheit lag falsch! Erinnert ihr euch? Die Mehrheit hielt Israel vom Gelobten Land fern, und die Mehrheit stimmte f\u00fcr die Kreuzigung Christi! Gehorcht Gottes Wort, selbst wenn die ganze Welt gegen euch ist.<\/p><p><em><strong>Er lebte nach dem Sehen, nicht nach dem Glauben.<\/strong><\/em> (Apostelgeschichte 27,13). Der \u201cS\u00fcdwind wehte sanft\u201d und war f\u00fcr ihn das Zeichen, sich in Bewegung zu setzen. H\u00fcte dich vor vermeintlich goldenen Gelegenheiten, die Gottes Anweisungen zu widersprechen scheinen. S\u00fcdwinde k\u00f6nnen sich oft zu Sturmwinden entwickeln.<\/p><p><strong>Anker f\u00fcr heute:<\/strong><br \/>Manchmal geraten wir aus denselben Gr\u00fcnden in St\u00fcrme.
