Es ist etwas, wor\u00fcber die meisten von uns nicht gern sprechen. Tats\u00e4chlich versuchen wir meist, unsere \u00c4ngste zu verdr\u00e4ngen und so zu tun, als g\u00e4be es sie nicht. Doch David bittet den Herrn, ihm seine \u00c4ngste zu offenbaren \u2013 sie zu erkennen.<\/p><p>Das Wort \u00c4ngste ist <em>Sarappim<\/em> Im Hebr\u00e4ischen dr\u00fcckt es beunruhigende, \u00e4ngstliche oder widerspr\u00fcchliche Gedanken aus. \u00c4ngste entstehen aus Sorgen, die nicht dem Herrn anvertraut wurden. Es sind Sorgen, die man hat wachsen lassen.<\/p><p>Laut W\u00f6rterbuch bedeutet \u201csich sorgen\u201d als Verb \u201cAngst oder Unbehagen hingeben; sich mit Schwierigkeiten oder Problemen besch\u00e4ftigen\u201d. Als Substantiv bezeichnet es \u201ceinen Zustand der Angst und Unsicherheit in Bezug auf tats\u00e4chliche oder potenzielle Probleme\u201d. Angst ist \u201eein Gef\u00fchl der Sorge, Nervosit\u00e4t oder Unruhe, typischerweise in Bezug auf ein unmittelbar bevorstehendes Ereignis oder etwas mit ungewissem Ausgang\u201c.\u201d<\/p><p>Angst kann zu Furcht f\u00fchren, die als \u201cein unangenehmes Gef\u00fchl aufgrund der \u00dcberzeugung entsteht, dass jemand oder etwas gef\u00e4hrlich ist, Schmerzen verursachen kann oder eine Bedrohung darstellt\u201d. Furcht ist eine Reaktion auf eine Gefahr oder Bedrohung, die eintreten kann oder auch nicht. Furcht kann sogar zu der verheerenderen Panikattacke f\u00fchren. Panik ist ein tieferliegender, schwerwiegenderer Zustand, in dem eine Person von k\u00f6rperlicher und seelischer Belastung v\u00f6llig \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt wird.<\/p><p>David beschreibt diese Panik in Psalm 55,4\u20135: \u201cMein Herz ist schwer betr\u00fcbt in mir, und die Schrecken des Todes sind \u00fcber mich gekommen. Furcht und Zittern haben mich ergriffen, und Entsetzen hat mich \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt.\u201d<\/p><p>Das sind alles Dinge, \u00fcber die viele von uns nicht gern sprechen. Sie sind vielleicht sogar schwer zu verstehen. Doch das Wort Gottes spricht diese Fragen an und hilft uns, sie zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Es mag F\u00e4lle geben, in denen jemand professionelle Hilfe bei einem qualifizierten christlichen Berater oder einer anderen vertrauensw\u00fcrdigen Fachkraft ben\u00f6tigt. Wir d\u00fcrfen aber auch nicht vergessen, dass der Herr Jesus Christus sagte: \u201cFrieden lasse ich euch, meinen Frieden gebe ich euch; nicht wie die Welt ihn gibt, gebe ich ihn euch. Euer Herz erschrecke nicht und f\u00fcrchte sich nicht.\u201d (Johannes 14,27).<\/p><p><strong>Anker f\u00fcr heute:<\/strong><br \/><em>Bring all deine \u00c4ngste, all deine Sorgen zum Gnadenstuhl,
