\u201cDie Frucht des Geistes aber ist Liebe, Freude, Friede, Geduld, Freundlichkeit, G\u00fcte, Treue, Sanftmut und Selbstbeherrschung. Gegen solche Dinge gibt es kein Gesetz.\u201d
Galater 5:22\u201323<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Das Wort \u201egut\u201c wird in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft inflation\u00e4r verwendet. Wir benutzen es, um alles M\u00f6gliche zu beschreiben, von unseren Gef\u00fchlen bis hin zur Pers\u00f6nlichkeit einer Person. Doch die wahre Bedeutung des Wortes \u2026 G\u00fcte<\/em> hat mit moralischer und spiritueller Exzellenz zu tun, die sich durch Freundlichkeit und aktive G\u00fcte ausdr\u00fcckt.<\/p>

G\u00fcte ist mehr als blo\u00dfe moralische Integrit\u00e4t. R\u00f6mer 5,7 verdeutlicht dies: \u201cDenn kaum jemand wird f\u00fcr einen Gerechten sterben; vielleicht aber w\u00fcrde jemand f\u00fcr einen Guten sogar sein Leben wagen.\u201d Ein Christ kann moralisch einwandfrei sein und dennoch diesen Aspekt der G\u00fcte, der sich durch selbstlose Sorge um andere auszeichnet, nicht zeigen.<\/p>

In Matth\u00e4us 1,19 lesen wir: \u201cJosef, ihr Mann, war gerecht und wollte sie nicht \u00f6ffentlich blo\u00dfstellen. Deshalb beschloss er, sich heimlich von ihr zu trennen.\u201d Josef nahm an, Maria sei ihm untreu gewesen, und da er sich f\u00fcr gerecht hielt, glaubte er, sie nicht heiraten zu k\u00f6nnen. Doch er war auch ein guter Mann und wollte sich deshalb lieber im Stillen von ihr trennen, als sie \u00f6ffentlich zu besch\u00e4men.<\/p>

Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass G\u00fcte ein weiteres Merkmal Gottes selbst ist. Er ist \u201creich an G\u00fcte und Treue\u201d (2. Mose 34,6\u20137). Psalm 100,5 verk\u00fcndet: \u201cDenn der HERR ist g\u00fctig; seine Gnade w\u00e4hret ewig, und seine Treue von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.\u201d<\/p>

Immer wenn das Wort Gut<\/em> Wenn der Begriff \u201cgut\u201d auf Gott angewendet wird, bezieht er sich auf seine angeborene G\u00fcte. G\u00fcte ist nicht blo\u00df etwas, das Gott tut \u2013 sie ist sein Wesen. Als der reiche junge Mann zu Jesus kam und fragte: \u201cGuter Meister, was muss ich tun, um das ewige Leben zu erben?\u201d, antwortete Jesus: \u201cWas nennst du mich gut? Niemand ist gut au\u00dfer Gott allein.\u201d (Markus 10,17\u201318) Jesus wollte damit verdeutlichen, dass nur Gott von Natur aus gut ist. An anderer Stelle bezeichnet er sich jedoch selbst als \u201eden guten Hirten\u201c (Johannes 10,11). Als Sohn Gottes ist er in der Tat gut.<\/p>

Der Heilige Geist m\u00f6chte diese Eigenschaft Christi in jedem von uns hervorbringen. Wir sind angehalten, nach Gelegenheiten Ausschau zu halten, Gutes zu tun (Gal. 6,10). Dies kann nur durch die Kraft des Geistes Gottes geschehen, wie Paulus f\u00fcr die Gl\u00e4ubigen in Thessalonich betete. \u201cWir beten auch allezeit f\u00fcr euch, dass unser Gott euch dieser Berufung w\u00fcrdig erachtet und alles Wohlgefallen seiner G\u00fcte und das Werk des Glaubens in Kraft vollende, damit der Name unseres Herrn Jesus Christus in euch verherrlicht werde und ihr in ihm, nach der Gnade unseres Gottes und des Herrn Jesus Christus\u201d (2 Thess 1,11\u201312).<\/span><\/p>
