Der treue Zeuge<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jesus Christus, der treue Zeuge, der Erstgeborene von den Toten und Herrscher \u00fcber die K\u00f6nige der Erde. Ihm, der uns geliebt und uns von unseren S\u00fcnden durch sein Blut erl\u00f6st hat und uns zu K\u00f6nigen und Priestern f\u00fcr seinen Gott und Vater gemacht hat, ihm sei Ehre und Herrschaft in Ewigkeit. Amen.
Offenbarung 1,5\u20136<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>

In den heutigen Versen nennt uns Johannes Gr\u00fcnde, den Herrn Jesus zu preisen. Der erste Grund ist, dass er der treue Zeuge ist. Mindestens dreimal verwendet Johannes in der Offenbarung den Ausdruck \u201ctreu\u201d im Zusammenhang mit dem Herrn Jesus (1,4\u20135; 3,14; 19,11). Hier ist er der treue Zeuge. Viele Zeugen gab es in dieser Szene zur Ehre Gottes, doch keiner von ihnen war ohne Fehler. Nur einer war vollkommen, ohne Makel und Makel, und nur einer konnte der treue Zeuge genannt werden. Von der Krippe bis zum Kreuz diente er unersch\u00fctterlich. Im Alter von zw\u00f6lf Jahren h\u00f6ren wir ihn sagen: \u201cWusstet ihr nicht, dass ich im Haus meines Vaters sein muss?\u201d (Lk 2,49). Dieser treue Zeuge rief aus: \u201cMeine Speise ist es, den Willen dessen zu tun, der mich gesandt hat, und sein Werk zu vollenden\u201d (Joh 4,34). Er war der abh\u00e4ngige Diener, der fr\u00fchmorgens aufstand, um von seinem Vater Anweisungen zu empfangen (Mk 1,35). Als treuer Zeuge erkl\u00e4rte er: \u201cDazu bin ich geboren und dazu bin ich in die Welt gekommen, dass ich f\u00fcr die Wahrheit Zeugnis ablege\u201d (Joh 18,37).<\/p>

Johannes verwendet das Wort \u201cZeuge\u201d in seinen Schriften mindestens 72 Mal, meist im Zusammenhang mit dem Herrn. In Offenbarung 3,14 sehen wir ihn als den \u201ctreuen und wahrhaftigen Zeugen\u201d, im Gegensatz zu einer sich bekennenden Gemeinde, die bis zu seiner Wiederkunft seine Zeugen sein sollte (Apostelgeschichte 1,8); doch die Gemeinde hat versagt, ein wahrhaftiger Zeuge zu sein. In Offenbarung 19,11 wird er als der \u201etreue und wahrhaftige\u201c beschrieben, der gerecht richten wird!<\/p>

Johannes beginnt, den Herrn Jesus zu preisen, indem er uns daran erinnert, dass Christus, solange er hier war, der treue Zeuge der Herrlichkeit Gottes war!<\/p>
