Da ein solcher glimmender Docht nutzlos war, wurde er gel\u00f6scht und weggeworfen. Der rauchende Flachs steht f\u00fcr Menschen, deren Leben ersch\u00f6pft ist; von ihnen geht mehr Rauch als Licht aus. Ihr Zeugnis hat an Kraft verloren. Vielleicht f\u00fchlen Sie sich wie ein rauchender Flachs. Ist Ihr Licht so weit erloschen, dass es nur noch raucht und fast ganz erloschen ist? Sind Sie entmutigt, weil Ihr Licht nicht mehr hell leuchtet?<\/p><p>Unsere Misserfolge m\u00fcssen nicht das Ende sein! Johannes Markus brannte einst hell, doch dann erlosch sein Licht. Er verlie\u00df Paulus und Barnabas auf ihrer ersten Missionsreise und kehrte nach Hause zur\u00fcck (Apg 13,13). Sp\u00e4ter konnte Paulus jedoch schreiben, dass Markus ihm im Dienst sehr n\u00fctzlich gewesen war (2 Tim 4,11). Irgendwann auf seinem Weg wurde Johannes Markus&#039; Leuchte vielleicht von Barnabas gesch\u00e4rft. Der Herr hatte Erbarmen mit einem \u201cglimmenden Flachs\u201d namens Petrus (Mt 26,69\u201375). Der Herr hatte Erbarmen mit einem \u201cglimmenden Flachs\u201d namens Jona und gebrauchte ihn, um in einer gro\u00dfen Stadt Erweckung zu bringen (Jon 1\u20134). Wie oft haben wir schon erlebt, wie unser Licht fast erlosch? Wie oft waren wir nur Rauch ohne Licht, unser Glaube und unser Zeugnis im Laufe des Lebens verblassten? Es w\u00e4re f\u00fcr den Herrn ein Leichtes gewesen, unsere schwache Flamme auszul\u00f6schen und uns einfach zu vernichten, aber er ist immer bereit, uns zu vergeben, uns wiederherzustellen und uns neu zu entfachen, wenn wir ihn anrufen und unsere S\u00fcnden bekennen (1 Joh 1,9).<\/p><p>Er wird einen glimmenden Flachs niemals l\u00f6schen, sondern ihn zu einer Flamme anfachen. Das Wort <em>l\u00f6schen<\/em> Das bedeutet \u201causl\u00f6schen\u201d oder \u201el\u00f6schen\u201c. Der Herr l\u00f6scht den glimmenden Docht nicht einfach aus. Er l\u00e4sst ihn nicht achtlos vergl\u00fchen. Vielmehr kommt er, um seine schwache Flamme zu stutzen und neu zu entfachen.
