Er stand auf und griff die Philister an, bis seine Hand m\u00fcde wurde und am Schwert klebte. Der Herr schenkte ihnen an diesem Tag einen gro\u00dfen Sieg; und das Volk kehrte ihm nur zum Pl\u00fcndern nach.\u201d<\/em><br \/><strong><em>2 Samuel 23:9-10<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"621\">Eleazar \u2013 sein Name bedeutet \u201cGott ist mein Helfer\u201d. Er war der Sohn von Dodo oder Dodai, was \u201csein Geliebter\u201d bedeutet, und geh\u00f6rte dem Volk der Ahohiter an, was \u201cBruder der Ruhe\u201d hei\u00dft. Dieser Mann machte seinem Namen alle Ehre, indem er auf Gottes Hilfe vertraute. Er blieb standhaft, als andere zur\u00fcckwichen. Er orientierte sich nicht am Verhalten anderer. Er stand allein \u2013 aber nie wirklich allein \u2013 der Herr war sein Helfer! Er erinnert uns daran, dass der Sieg \u201cnicht durch Macht und nicht durch Kraft, sondern durch meinen Geist\u201d errungen wird, spricht der Herr (Sacharja 4,6). Ohne ihn k\u00f6nnen wir nichts tun (Johannes 15,5), aber wir \u201cverstehen alles durch den, der uns st\u00e4rkt\u201d (Philipper 4,13).<\/p><p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"1102\">Eleasar schloss sich nicht der Masse an, sondern stand zu seinem Glauben und nutzte, was er hatte \u2013 sein Schwert. Welch ein Vorbild f\u00fcr uns alle, ob jung oder alt! Um im Umgang mit dem Schwert ge\u00fcbt zu sein, m\u00fcssen wir es kennen und mit ihm vertraut sein. Unser Schwert ist das Wort Gottes, \u201cdas Schwert des Geistes, welches das Wort Gottes ist\u201d (Eph 6,17). Wir sollen \u201csich bem\u00fchen, dich vor Gott als bew\u00e4hrt zu erweisen, als einen Arbeiter, der sich nicht zu sch\u00e4men braucht, der das Wort der Wahrheit recht auslegt\u201d (2 Tim 2,15).<\/p><p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1289\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Eine letzte Sache, die Eleazar auszeichnet, ist, dass er das, wof\u00fcr er gek\u00e4mpft hatte, teilte, selbst wenn andere nicht an dem Kampf teilnahmen.
