Philipper 2:10<\/strong><\/p>

Kostbarer Name \u2013 vom Himmel gegeben<\/strong><\/p>

Dieser Name ist kostbar, weil er nicht von Maria oder Josef stammt. Es war kein Familienname, der \u00fcber Generationen weitergegeben wurde. Der Name Jesus wurde ihm vom Himmel gegeben!<\/p>

Der Engel gab Maria zuerst den Namen \u201cJesus\u201d, und dann in Matth\u00e4us 1:21<\/em>, zu Joseph. Immer wieder im Johannesevangelium bekr\u00e4ftigt der Herr Jesus, dass er vom Himmel herabgestiegen ist (Johannes 3,13; 4,34; 6,41.51.58<\/em>Er kam vom Vater herab, und so auch sein kostbarer Name \u2013 und der Vater kennt den Wert dieses Namens!<\/p>

Kostbarer Name \u2013 Bedeutend in der Geschichte<\/strong><\/p>

Jesus ist die griechische Form des hebr\u00e4ischen Namens Jeschua<\/em>, was gleichbedeutend ist Joshua<\/em> im Alten Testament und bedeutet \u201cJehova ist Rettung\u201d.\u201d<\/p>

Zwei bemerkenswerte M\u00e4nner namens Josua im Alten Testament veranschaulichen die Gnade, die in unserem Herrn Jesus Christus zu finden ist:<\/p>

  1. Josua, Sohn Nuns<\/strong> Er f\u00fchrte Gottes Volk ins Gelobte Land, dem Gesetzgeber Mose folgend. Josua ist ein eindrucksvolles Beispiel f\u00fcr Gottes Gnade in Aktion. Mose, der das Gesetz repr\u00e4sentierte, konnte das Land der Ruhe nicht betreten; ebenso wenig kann das Gesetz geistliche Ruhe bringen. Doch Jesus l\u00e4dt uns ein: \u201cKommt zu mir, alle ihr M\u00fchseligen und Beladenen, und ich werde euch Ruhe geben.\u201c. <\/span>Nehmt mein Joch auf euch und lernt von mir, denn ich bin sanftm\u00fctig und von Herzen dem\u00fctig; so werdet ihr Ruhe finden f\u00fcr eure Seelen.\u201d<\/span>Matth\u00e4us 11:28\u201329<\/em>) <\/span>Er konnte das sagen, weil er es war. \u201cvoller Gnade und Wahrheit\u201d<\/em> (Johannes 1:14<\/em>), f\u00fcr: \u201cDas Gesetz wurde durch Mose gegeben, aber die Gnade und die Wahrheit kamen durch Jesus Christus.\u201d<\/span>Johannes 1:17<\/em>).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Josua, der Priester in Sacharja 3<\/strong> \u2013 Dieser Josua blieb hinter den Erwartungen zur\u00fcck und symbolisiert damit unsere menschliche Schw\u00e4che. Doch er weist uns auch auf unseren Gro\u00dfen Hohenpriester hin, der nun zur Rechten der Majest\u00e4t in der H\u00f6he sitzt (Hebr\u00e4er 4:14<\/em>): \u201cWir sehen aber Jesus, der f\u00fcr kurze Zeit unter die Engel erniedrigt wurde, um am Tode zu leiden, mit Herrlichkeit und Ehre gekr\u00f6nt, damit er durch die Gnade Gottes f\u00fcr alle den Tod schmecke.\u201d<\/span>Hebr\u00e4er 2:9<\/em>)<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Kostbarer Name \u2013 Ruhmreich in Ehren<\/strong><\/p>

    Paulus verk\u00fcndet diese Wahrheit unmissverst\u00e4ndlich in Philipper 2:5\u201311 <\/em>wo er Folgendes erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cDarum hat Gott ihn auch \u00fcber alle Ma\u00dfen erh\u00f6ht und ihm den Namen verliehen, der \u00fcber alle Namen ist\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/p>

    Obwohl \u201cJesus\u201d in jener Kultur ein gebr\u00e4uchlicher Name gewesen sein mag, hat er aufgrund seiner Person und seines Wirkens eine ganz andere Bedeutung erlangt. Gott, der Vater, hat den Namen Jesu erh\u00f6ht, gepriesen und verherrlicht!<\/p>

    Kostbarer Name \u2013 gn\u00e4dige Hilfe<\/strong><\/p>

    Der blinde Bartim\u00e4us fand im Namen Jesu eine Quelle gn\u00e4diger Hilfe und rief aus: \u201cJesus, Sohn Davids, erbarme dich meiner!\u201d<\/span>Markus 10,47<\/em>)<\/span><\/p>

    Auch heute noch k\u00f6nnen wir zu Jesus Christus rufen und in unserer Not Hilfe finden. Dieselbe Barmherzigkeit, die Bartim\u00e4us erfuhr, finden wir am Gnadenstuhl Christi. \u201cDenn wir haben keinen Hohenpriester, der kein Mitgef\u00fchl mit unseren Schw\u00e4chen haben kann.\u201c, <\/span>aber er wurde in allem versucht wie wir, doch ohne S\u00fcnde. <\/span>Lasst uns daher mit Zuversicht zum Thron der Gnade kommen, damit wir Barmherzigkeit erlangen und Gnade finden zur Hilfe in der Zeit der Not.\u201dHebr\u00e4er 4:15\u201316<\/em>)<\/p>
