Dies ist ein gewisslich wahres Wort und aller Annahme wert, dass Christus Jesus in die Welt gekommen ist, um S\u00fcnder zu retten, unter denen ich der gr\u00f6\u00dfte bin.
1 Timotheus 1:15<\/strong>
<\/em><\/p>

Dieser Vers birgt mehr, als man auf den ersten Blick vermuten w\u00fcrde. In diesem Abschnitt des 1. Timotheusbriefes spricht Paulus \u00fcber die Gnade Gottes. Bereits in den Versen 12\u201313 hat er die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe dieser Gnade hervorgehoben, die ihn in den Dienst berufen hat, obwohl er die Gemeinde als Gottesl\u00e4sterer und Frevler verfolgt hatte. In Vers 14 verk\u00fcndet er dann:, \u201cUnd die Gnade unseres Herrn war \u00fcberreichlich, mit Glauben und Liebe, die in Christus Jesus sind.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Die Gnade Gottes hatte Paulus' Herz und Leben ergriffen, und nun kann er sagen:, \u201cDies ist gewisslich wahr und aller Annahme wert, dass Christus Jesus in die Welt gekommen ist, um S\u00fcnder zu retten, unter denen ich der gr\u00f6\u00dfte bin.\u201d<\/em> Der Ausdruck \u201cwahrheitsgetreues Wort und aller Annahme wert\u201d<\/em> Dieser Ausdruck ist einzigartig f\u00fcr die Pastoralbriefe und erscheint f\u00fcnfmal (1 Timotheus 1,15; 3,1; 4,9; 2 Timotheus 2,11; Titus 3,8). Paulus verwendete ihn, um die Bedeutung zentraler Lehren hervorzuheben.<\/p>

Hier stellt uns Paulus Christus Jesus vor Augen \u2013Christus<\/em>, der Gesalbte, und Jesus<\/em>, Sein menschlicher Name \u2013 gegeben, weil er kam \u201cum sein Volk von seinen S\u00fcnden zu erl\u00f6sen\u201d<\/em> (Matth\u00e4us 1,21). In Lukas 19,10 sagte der Herr Jesus:, \u201cDenn der Menschensohn ist gekommen, um zu suchen und zu retten, was verloren ist.\u201d<\/em> In Matth\u00e4us 9,13 sagte er:, \u201cIch bin nicht gekommen, um Gerechte zu rufen, sondern S\u00fcnder.\u201d<\/em> In Johannes 12,46 erkl\u00e4rte unser Herr:, \u201cIch bin als Licht in die Welt gekommen.\u201d<\/em> In Johannes 3,16\u201317 lesen wir:, \u201cDenn so sehr hat Gott die Welt geliebt, dass er seinen eingeborenen Sohn gab, damit jeder, der an ihn glaubt, nicht verloren geht, sondern ewiges Leben hat. Denn Gott hat seinen Sohn nicht in die Welt gesandt, um die Welt zu verurteilen, sondern damit die Welt durch ihn gerettet wird.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Die Bibel lehrt uns, dass \u201cAlle haben ges\u00fcndigt und verfehlen die Herrlichkeit Gottes.\u201d<\/em> Und Christus kam in die Welt, um S\u00fcnder zu retten. Die Gnade Gottes ist m\u00e4chtig genug, uns aus der Sklaverei der S\u00fcnde zu befreien und uns zu erl\u00f6sen. \u201cAlles neu machen\u201d,\u201d<\/em> Er macht uns in Christus Jesus zu neuen Gesch\u00f6pfen. Gott nimmt uns nicht nur in dem Geliebten an, sondern er m\u00f6chte uns auch zu seiner Ehre gebrauchen \u2013 genau wie er es mit Paulus tat.<\/p>

Wie reagieren wir auf die Gnade Gottes in unserem Leben?<\/p>
