\u201cUnd pl\u00f6tzlich war bei dem Engel eine Menge himmlischer Heerscharen, die Gott lobten und sprachen: \u2018Ehre sei Gott in der H\u00f6he und Friede auf Erden den Menschen seines Wohlgefallens!\u2019<\/em>
Lukas 2:14<\/em>
<\/strong><\/p>

Die himmlische Heerschar lobte Gott mit den Worten:, \u201cEhre sei Gott in der H\u00f6he und Friede auf Erden den Menschen seines Wohlgefallens!\u201d<\/em> Wenn wir uns auf den zweiten Teil dieses Themas konzentrieren, erfahren wir, dass das Kommen des Herrn Jesus nicht nur zur Ehre Gottes, sondern auch zum Wohl der Menschheit geschah. Der Satz \u201cFriede auf Erden und Wohlwollen unter den Menschen\u201d<\/em> k\u00f6nnte verstanden werden als:, \u201cFriede auf Erden denen, an denen Er Wohlgefallen hat.\u201d<\/em> Dies bedeutet nicht, dass man Gott durch gute Werke gefallen kann \u2013 die Heilige Schrift macht deutlich, dass die Erl\u00f6sung nicht durch Werke geschieht (Eph 2,8\u20139). Der Friede, den die Engel verk\u00fcndeten, ist der Friede mit Gott, der aus der Erl\u00f6sung resultiert.<\/p>

R\u00f6mer 5,1 sagt es ganz klar: \u201cDa wir nun durch den Glauben gerechtfertigt sind, haben wir Frieden mit Gott durch unseren Herrn Jesus Christus.\u201d<\/em> Peter sprach auch \u00fcber diese Botschaft: \u201cDas Wort, das Gott den Kindern Israels sandte, die Botschaft des Friedens durch Jesus Christus \u2013 er ist Herr \u00fcber alles.\u201d<\/em> (Apostelgeschichte 10,36).<\/p>

Die M\u00f6glichkeit dieses Friedens entspringt dem Herzen eines liebenden Gottes, der ist \u201cSie hat Geduld mit uns und will nicht, dass irgendjemand verloren geht, sondern dass alle zur Umkehr finden.\u201d<\/em> (2 Petr 3,9). Der Herr Jesus nahm die Strafe, die uns Frieden brachte, am Kreuz auf sich (Jes 53,5) und erm\u00f6glichte so unsere Vers\u00f6hnung mit Gott. Diese Vers\u00f6hnung geschieht durch den Glauben an sein vollbrachtes Werk. Paulus schreibt:, \u201cDenn wenn wir, als wir noch Feinde waren, mit Gott vers\u00f6hnt wurden durch den Tod seines Sohnes, wie viel mehr werden wir, nachdem wir vers\u00f6hnt sind, durch sein Leben gerettet werden!\u201d<\/em> (R\u00f6m. 5,10).<\/p>

Er erkl\u00e4rt dies weiter in 2 Korinther 5,18\u201319: \u201cAlles aber kommt von Gott, der uns durch Jesus Christus mit sich vers\u00f6hnt und uns den Dienst der Vers\u00f6hnung anvertraut hat; das hei\u00dft, dass Gott in Christus war und die Welt mit sich vers\u00f6hnte, indem er ihnen ihre S\u00fcnden nicht anrechnete und uns das Wort der Vers\u00f6hnung anvertraute.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Gott wird im Neuen Testament f\u00fcnfmal als Gott des Friedens bezeichnet (R\u00f6m 15,33; 16,20; Phil 4,9; 1 Thess 5,23; Hebr 13,20). Der Herr Jesus verhie\u00df seinen J\u00fcngern:, \u201cMeinen Frieden gebe ich euch.\u201d<\/em> (Johannes 14,27). Dieser Friede kommt durch den Glauben: \u201cDer Gott der Hoffnung aber erf\u00fclle euch mit aller Freude und allem Frieden im Glauben, damit ihr durch die Kraft des Heiligen Geistes reich an Hoffnung seid.\u201d<\/em> (R\u00f6m. 15:13).<\/p>
