Ein Engel brachte die Nachricht, doch eine ganze Schar von Engeln antwortete auf diese herrliche Verk\u00fcndigung. Ihr Anliegen war zweifach: Ehre sei Gott und Friede auf Erden. Diese himmlische Heerschar pries Gott in der H\u00f6he \u2013 im Himmel \u2013 und verk\u00fcndete auf Erden, am anderen Ende des Spektrums, Frieden unter den Menschen.<\/p><p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1297\">Betrachten wir zun\u00e4chst das erste dieser beiden Themen \u2013 Ehre sei Gott.<\/p><p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1297\">Die Geburt des Herrn Jesus verherrlichte Gott, denn sie wies auf ein Leben hin, das einen heiligen und gerechten Gott verherrlichen w\u00fcrde. Als die S\u00fcnde durch den Ungehorsam eines einzigen Menschen in die Welt kam, breiteten sich Tod und S\u00fcnde auf die ganze Menschheit aus, denn alle haben ges\u00fcndigt und verfehlen die Herrlichkeit Gottes (R\u00f6mer 5,12; 3,23). S\u00fcnde jeglicher Art ist eine Beleidigung der Heiligkeit und Herrlichkeit Gottes; seine Augen sind zu rein, \u201cals dass er B\u00f6ses ansehen k\u00f6nnte, und er kann Schlechtigkeit nicht dulden\u201d (Habakuk 1,13).<\/p><p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1962\">Doch im Herzen Gottes \u2013 noch vor Anbeginn der Zeit \u2013 gab es bereits einen Plan, das Problem der S\u00fcnde zu l\u00f6sen. Als die Zeit erf\u00fcllt war, sandte Gott seinen Sohn (Galater 4,4) genau zu diesem Zweck. Im Alter von zw\u00f6lf Jahren konnte der Herr Jesus sagen: \u201cWusstet ihr nicht, dass ich im Haus meines Vaters sein muss?\u201d (Lukas 2,49). Am Brunnen von Sychar sagte er zu seinen J\u00fcngern: \u201cMeine Speise ist es, den Willen dessen zu tun, der mich gesandt hat, und sein Werk zu vollenden\u201d (Johannes 4,34). In Johannes 5,30 h\u00f6ren wir ihn sagen: \u201cIch suche nicht meinen Willen, sondern den Willen dessen, der mich gesandt hat\u201d, und in Johannes 6,38: \u201cDenn ich bin vom Himmel herabgekommen, nicht um meinen Willen zu tun, sondern den Willen dessen, der mich gesandt hat.\u201d<\/p><p data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"2202\">Dann, in Johannes 17,4, kurz vor dem Kreuz, erkl\u00e4rte unser Herr: \u201cIch habe dich auf Erden verherrlicht. Ich habe das Werk vollendet, das du mir aufgetragen hast.\u201d Und am Kreuz verk\u00fcndete er triumphierend: \u201cEs ist vollbracht!\u201d (Johannes 19,30)!<\/p><p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2441\">Durch sein Kommen in diese Welt, sein vollkommenes Leben und seinen vollkommenen Tod hat er Gott in der H\u00f6he verherrlicht. \u201cIn ihm wird Gott verherrlicht\u201d (Johannes 13,31)! Kein Wunder, dass der Himmel bei der Geburt unseres Herrn Jesus Christus von Lobgesang erf\u00fcllt war!<\/p><p data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2613\"><strong>Anker f\u00fcr heute:<\/strong><br \/>Inmitten der Hektik des Lebens sollten wir innehalten und Gott daf\u00fcr loben, dass er seinen Sohn in die Welt gesandt hat, um uns zu erl\u00f6sen und uns zu sich zu bringen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Glory To God
