Als sich die Volksmenge um ihn dr\u00e4ngte, um das Wort Gottes zu h\u00f6ren, trat er an den See Genezareth und sah zwei Boote am Ufer liegen; die Fischer aber waren ausgestiegen und wuschen ihre Netze.

<\/em><\/p>

Aus dem Leben des Petrus k\u00f6nnen wir viel lernen. Eine dieser Lektionen findet sich gleich zu Beginn seiner Begegnungen mit Jesus Christus. Betrachtet man die ersten elf Verse des f\u00fcnften Kapitels des Lukas-Evangeliums, so dr\u00e4ngen sich folgende Fragen auf: Wie reagieren wir auf Misserfolge (V. 1\u20132)? Wie reagieren wir auf Autorit\u00e4t (V. 3\u20135)? Wie reagieren wir auf Erfolge (V. 6\u20138)? Und schlie\u00dflich: Wie reagieren wir auf ein Leben im Glauben (V. 9\u201311)?<\/p>

Heute wollen wir uns damit besch\u00e4ftigen, wie wir reagieren auf Versagen<\/strong>. F\u00fcr viele ist Scheitern unertr\u00e4glich. Manche sehen darin das Ende. Doch wer alles Christus anvertraut \u2013 selbst das Scheitern \u2013, f\u00fcr den muss es nicht das endg\u00fcltige Aus bedeuten. Pr\u00e4sident Theodore Roosevelt sagte einst: \u201cDer einzige Mensch, der nie einen Fehler macht, ist der, der nie etwas tut.\u201d<\/p>

Diese erfahrenen Fischer kehrten nach einer durchgearbeiteten Nacht mit leeren Netzen zur\u00fcck. Simon (Petrus) bezeugte sp\u00e4ter: \u201cWir haben die ganze Nacht gearbeitet und nichts gefangen\u201d (V. 5). Uns, die wir das Fischen vielleicht als Sport oder Hobby betrachten, f\u00e4llt es leicht zu \u00fcbersehen, dass dies ihr Lebensunterhalt war. Leere Netze bedeuteten kein Einkommen \u2013 keine Versorgung f\u00fcr ihren t\u00e4glichen Bedarf.<\/p>

Doch was taten sie? Sie wuschen ihre Netze. Sie bereiteten sich auf den n\u00e4chsten Fang vor. Das Reinigen der Netze war nicht das Werk von M\u00e4nnern, die aufgegeben hatten. Es war das Werk von Menschen, die wussten, wie wichtig saubere Netze waren. Wenn die Netze nicht gepflegt wurden, konnten kleine Unkr\u00e4uter und Schmutz darin eintrocknen, und kleine Tiere konnten sich in die Fasern einnisten. All dies w\u00fcrde die Netze schw\u00e4chen und verrotten lassen und den zuk\u00fcnftigen Fangerfolg gef\u00e4hrden.<\/p>

So wie es f\u00fcr diese Fischer wichtig war, nicht aufzugeben, sondern ihre Netze zu waschen, so ist es auch f\u00fcr uns wichtig, uns von R\u00fcckschl\u00e4gen, Misserfolgen oder Hindernissen \u2013 ob gro\u00df oder klein \u2013 nicht entmutigen zu lassen. Wir sollen unsere S\u00fcnden im Blick behalten und sie vor dem Herrn bekennen (1. Johannes 1,9). Wir sollen wachsam sein, \u201cdamit niemand die Gnade Gottes vers\u00e4umt\u201d (Hebr\u00e4er 12,15).<\/p>

Lass dein Scheitern nicht das endg\u00fcltige sein.
