Preist mit mir den Herrn, lasst uns gemeinsam seinen Namen erheben!\u201d <\/i><\/div><div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><i>Psalm 34:1-3<\/i><\/strong><\/div><\/blockquote><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Was bedeutet es, Gott zu verherrlichen? Verherrlichen hei\u00dft, etwas gro\u00df zu machen, zu loben, zu ehren, sich seiner zu r\u00fchmen, es zu erh\u00f6hen, zu f\u00f6rdern und seine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu erkl\u00e4ren. Wie k\u00f6nnen wir Gott gro\u00df machen? Es gibt zwei verschiedene Sichtweisen auf das Wort \u201everherrlichen\u201c. Wir k\u00f6nnen es wie ein Mikroskop oder eine Lupe betrachten, die das kleine Objekt vergr\u00f6\u00dfert, oder wir k\u00f6nnen es wie ein Teleskop betrachten, das das Ferne und Unermesslich Gro\u00dfe nah heranholt. Ein Leben, das den Herrn verherrlicht, bewirkt genau das. Es ist ein Leben, das Gott den Menschen, denen es begegnet, nahebringt!\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><b>Das Leben des Herrn Jesus<\/b>\u00a0<\/div><div>Genau das bewirkte das Leben des Herrn Jesus. Sein Leben war vollkommen und verherrlichte Gott. In Psalm 69 lesen wir von den inneren Gef\u00fchlen und Leiden des Herrn Jesus (Ps 69,2\u20134.7\u201312.20\u201321). Doch wir sehen auch, was ein solches Leben zur Ehre Gottes bewirkte, wenn der Psalm prophetisch vom Herrn spricht:, <i>\u201cIch will den Namen Gottes mit einem Lied preisen und ihn mit Dank loben.\u201d<\/i> (Ps. 69,30). In Hebr\u00e4er 10,5 sehen wir, dass der Herr Jesus genau das Werkzeug war, das Gott benutzen w\u00fcrde, um uns nahe zu sein. Wir lesen:, <i>\u201cOpfer und Gaben hast du nicht gewollt, aber einen Leib hast du mir bereitet.\u201d <\/i>Diese Verse stammen aus Psalm 40, einem Psalm, der vom Herrn als Brandopfer spricht, aber weiter erkl\u00e4rt:, <i>\u201cAlle, die dich suchen, sollen sich freuen und in dir jubeln; alle, die deine Rettung lieben, sollen immerdar sagen: \u201dGepriesen sei der Herr!\u2018\u201c<\/i> (Psalm 40,16). Genau das bewirkte das Leben des Herrn Jesus. Er verherrlichte Gott in jeder Hinsicht und brachte ihn dadurch uns n\u00e4her. Die Heilige Schrift sagt dazu:, <i>\u201cIm Anfang war das Wort, und das Wort war bei Gott, und das Wort war Gott.\u201d<\/i> und dann, t<i>Das Wort wurde Fleisch und wohnte unter uns, und wir sahen seine Herrlichkeit voller Gnade und Wahrheit.\u201d <\/i>(Johannes 1,1.14). In Johannes 14,9 k\u00f6nnte er sagen:, <i>\u201cWer mich gesehen hat, hat den Vater gesehen.\u201d <\/i>Er verherrlichte Gott. Er war<i> \u201cGott, der im Fleische erschien\u201d,\u201d<\/i> In und durch seinen Leib brachte er Gott uns nahe, damit wir seine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe erkennen konnten.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><b>Unser Leben\u00a0<\/b><\/div><div>Auch unser Leben soll Gott verherrlichen! Ich glaube, die Heilige Schrift lehrt uns, dass unser ganzes Wesen Gott verherrlichen soll. Unser Geist, unsere Seele und unser Leib. Maria sagte in Lukas 1,46:, <i>\u201cMeine Seele preist den Herrn.\u201d<\/i> Die Seele ist der Sitz unserer Gef\u00fchle, daher wollte sie in ihrem Innersten ihren Gott verherrlichen. Johannes der T\u00e4ufer hatte denselben Wunsch, als er \u00fcber den Herrn Jesus sagte:, <i>\u201cEr muss wachsen, und ich muss abnehmen.\u201d <\/i>(Johannes 3,30). Auch wir sollten diesen Wunsch haben, dass der Herr nicht nur emotional in unserem Innersten verherrlicht wird, sondern auch in und durch unseren K\u00f6rper! Paulus bringt dies zum Ausdruck, indem er sagt:, <i>\u201cOder wisst ihr nicht, dass euer Leib ein Tempel des Heiligen Geistes ist, der in euch wohnt und den ihr von Gott empfangen habt? Ihr geh\u00f6rt nicht euch selbst, denn ihr seid teuer erkauft worden. Darum verherrlicht Gott mit eurem Leib und mit eurem Geist, die Gott geh\u00f6ren.\u201d <\/i>In R\u00f6mer 12,1-2 hei\u00dft es:,<i> \u201cIch ermahne euch nun, Br\u00fcder und Schwestern, angesichts der Barmherzigkeit Gottes, eure Leiber als lebendiges, heiliges und Gott wohlgef\u00e4lliges Opfer darzubringen; das ist euer vern\u00fcnftiger Gottesdienst. Und passt euch nicht dieser Welt an, sondern lasst euch durch die Erneuerung eures Denkens verwandeln, damit ihr pr\u00fcfen und erkennen k\u00f6nnt, was der gute, wohlgef\u00e4llige und vollkommene Wille Gottes ist.\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr ein solches Leben findet sich in Daniel 1,8 und 3,28. Sie hatten sich vorgenommen, f\u00fcr Gott zu leben und sich vor keinem anderen Gott zu verneigen! Und ganz praktisch machten sie Gott durch ihr Leben f\u00fcr alle sichtbar.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paulus war bereit, mit seinem Leben Gott zu verherrlichen. Er wollte den Herrn durch sein Leben oder durch seinen Tod preisen. Es war ihm gleichg\u00fcltig. H\u00f6rt, was er in Philipper 1,20-25 sagt:, <i>\u201cIch erwarte und hoffe fest, dass ich in nichts besch\u00e4mt werde, sondern dass Christus, wie immer, auch jetzt durch mein Leben oder meinen Tod verherrlicht wird. Denn f\u00fcr mich ist das Leben Christus und das Sterben Gewinn. Wenn ich aber im Fleisch weiterlebe, bedeutet das Frucht meiner Arbeit; doch was ich w\u00e4hlen soll, wei\u00df ich nicht. Ich bin hin- und hergerissen zwischen beidem und sehne mich danach, abzuscheiden und bei Christus zu sein, was weit besser ist. Dennoch ist es f\u00fcr euch notwendiger, im Fleisch zu bleiben. Und in dieser Gewissheit wei\u00df ich, dass ich bei euch bleiben und euch allen dienen werde, damit ihr im Glauben Fortschritte macht und euch freut.\u201d <\/i><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paulus wollte zu Christus gehen, aber er w\u00fcnschte sich auch, dass die Gl\u00e4ubigen in Philippi im Glauben an Gott wuchsen. Er wollte, dass ihr Leben Frucht zur Ehre Gottes br\u00e4chte und dass ihr Glaube von der Freude erf\u00fcllt sei, die aus dem Leben f\u00fcr Christus kommt! Ob durch Tod oder Leben \u2013 sein Wunsch war es, Gott zu verherrlichen und Christus ihnen nahe zu bringen!\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Am Ende seines Lebens konnte Paul sagen:, <i>\u201cDenn ich werde schon als Trankopfer dargebracht, und die Zeit meines Abschieds ist nahe. Ich habe den guten Kampf gek\u00e4mpft, ich habe den Lauf vollendet, ich habe den Glauben bewahrt. Nun liegt f\u00fcr mich die Krone der Gerechtigkeit bereit, die mir der Herr, der gerechte Richter, an jenem Tag geben wird, nicht nur mir, sondern auch allen, die sein Erscheinen lieben.\u201d <\/i>(2 Timotheus 4,6-8). Paulus k\u00f6nnte sagen: \u201cIch habe Christus verherrlicht. Ich bin bereit, in See zu stechen. Ich habe ihn euch durch mein Leben f\u00fcr ihn hier nahegebracht, und nun m\u00f6chte ich ihn durch meinen Tod verherrlichen!\u201d<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Oh, dass unser Leben Gott denen n\u00e4herbringen m\u00f6ge, deren Leben wir ber\u00fchren. M\u00f6gen sie nicht uns sehen, sondern Ihn, den wir verherrlichen wollen!<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-594 elementor-widget
